Shipping policy

  • Car Brite products purchased online through www.carbrite.com can be shipped to US residents only.
  • Car Brite branded products are shipped UPS Ground unless quantity purchased required an LTL carrier.
  • Car Brite will ship UPS Ground orders within 48 hours of order receipt.  LTL orders will ship within 7 business days.
  • Car Brite will notify customer via email of the shipping date and UPS tracking information.  Email must be provided at time of order.
  • If product ordered is not available, customer will be notified if order will not ship within 5 business days.
